Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counseling dedicated to helping individuals navigate everyday life challenges, including mental health issues, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, and self-confidence struggles. These daily battles can leave people feeling lonely, sad, discouraged, and angry. I believe that offering hope to someone who feels disheartened is one of the most rewarding things one can do.
My approach emphasizes the holistic aspects of health, based on the belief that the mind significantly influences the body. I focus on how thought processes and mental states affect well-being, aiming to enhance these connections in support of mental health.
With over ten years of experience, I have worked in various environments, including community organizations, hospitals, mental health programs, substance abuse treatment, nonprofit agencies, and private practice. My training has equipped me with extensive knowledge of conventional, complementary, and alternative medical systems, which I utilize to assist individuals facing mental health challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions.
Consequently, I employ a broadly integrated approach to health and well-being that incorporates mind-body-spirit practices. For more information about me, please visit my website: https://edmontoncounsellingservices.ca/.
