Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
I offer professional counselling for adults in British Columbia who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who manage work, family, and ongoing responsibility while struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or a sense of losing themselves.
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling with over 10 years of experience providing stress and burnout counselling. My approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, focused on helping adults regulate stress, build emotional resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and set healthier boundaries so life feels more manageable and grounded.
Clients often seek counselling when they feel stuck, depleted, or unsure why things feel so hard despite doing everything they should be doing. Therapy offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, understand what is happening internally, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I provide virtual and telephone counselling for adults across British Columbia. Free consultations are available to determine if we are a good fit.
Many extended health benefit plans cover counselling services provided by a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling. Please check with your provider for details.
