If unsure that the education you have completed meets registration criteria, please include an Education Substantiation (E1.1) for review with your application.

Candidate (RPC-C)
- Copy of Training Certificate(s) & Original Transcripts
- Criminal Record Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Two Letters of Recommendation

Full (RPC)
- Copy of Training Certificate(s) & Original Transcripts
- Criminal Record Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Two letters of recommendation from Mental Health Professionals
- Curriculum Vitae
- Completed and Signed RPC Substantiation Form (R1.1)
Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC)
Requires RPC to be substantiated. RPC is the foundational designation
- Official Transcript(s)
- Criminal Record Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Two letters of recommendation from Mental Health Professionals who have direct, personal knowledge of applicant’s clinical skills
- Curriculum Vitae
- Completed and Signed MPCC Substantiation Form (M1.1)
Supervisor (MPCC-S)
Requires MPCC to be substantiated as well as RPC foundational designation
- Completed and Signed Clinical Supervisor Application
- The above described documents must be up to date and on file
- Documented verification of active clinical practice for eight (8) of the last ten (10) years
- Completed and Signed MPCC-S Substantiation Form (S1.1)
Student
- Copy of the Course Description/Training Program Outline
- Proof of Enrollment in the described course/program
- Criminal Records Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
