Find Your Way Counselling
Professional Bio
Life was never meant to be lived alone. Sometimes we find ourselves standing alone or without the skills, understanding, or support system to get to making the next healthy step. If you are facing a season of change and growth or even difficulty and despair, you don't have to know how to do life on your own. You will be helped to find your next step towards growth, hope and healing.
Supportive counselling helps you find hope and solutions in processing emotional burdens. Cognitive behavioural therapy will help bring understanding and new skills in coping with negative thinking, behavior, or relational patterns. Find hope and encouragement and see what you can do to improve your life situation.
I have a whole person approach with areas of study including psychology, sociology, youth issues, family systems, emotional issues and Christian pastoral counselling. Some areas you may find help with include: Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Relationship Issues, Parenting Support, Self Esteem, Boundaries, Codependency, Conflict Management, Communication, and Physical and Sexual Abuse.
