Professional Bio
I believe counselling should feel human. I am a compassionate, person-centred Clinical Counsellor specializing in work with individuals, couples, and neurodivergent people. My approach is inclusive, practical, and grounded in creating a space where clients can feel understood without judgment. I support people navigating stress, stages of life, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, autism, executive functioning difficulties, and the challenges that can come with feeling different or misunderstood. With neurodivergent clients, I focus on understanding how each person thinks, communicates, and experiences the world, while building practical strategies that fit their real life. With couples, I help partners improve communication, understand recurring patterns, strengthen connection, and work through conflict in healthier ways. Sometimes counselling is about healing. Sometimes it is about gaining clarity, learning new skills, repairing a relationship, or finding a way forward. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
