I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 30 years of experience across counselling, government, and the corporate world. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals navigating profound life challenges — and I’ve learned that true healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and supported. As the former owner of Amani, a thriving counselling practice in Ontario, I had the privilege of building a space where people could reclaim their strength and transform their lives. Amani now continues its mission under Liberty for Youth, an organization dedicated to giving young people a fighting chance — a legacy I’m deeply proud of. Today, I remain devoted to this honourable work — helping people break through fear, embrace growth, and live life to the fullest.
