Professional Bio
In many ways we are living in the most disruptive, fierce, yet powerful times in history. Our world holds a delicate balance of all things, as we face the challenges of life circumstances, trauma, cultural responsiveness, identity, loss, effects of internet, grief, injustice, health, wellness and more. It is a time to understand, accept differences and become brave enough to honor and own our personal narratives. But, this is the process and before we get there, we have to work.
What are your deepest wishes? Do you feel seen? I support my clients to find and tell their life stories, even if only to themselves. Every bump, every moment is powerful in the lived experience of the overall journey, and there is not just one way to “arrive” or “become” what you are meant to be. It is a privilege to be part of the process that supports others to unlock their inner selves and see that magic come to fruition.
