Professional Bio
Welcome! I’m dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of life and relationships. Many of us rely on old coping mechanisms that may have served us well in the past but now contribute to the challenges we face. My goal is to help you identify these issues and uncover the deeper influences and needs driving them. In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental, safe environment where we work together to address the areas where you feel stuck. I believe that feeling connected and truly heard can unlock our potential for growth, enhance our sense of self, and empower us to make meaningful changes. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Whether you're seeking to do the work on yourself or within your relationship, we can improve your self-awareness or enhance your relationship dynamics, I am committed to adapting our work together to ensure the most effective strategies for you. Recognizing that reaching out for support can be challenging, I offer a free 20-min Discovery Session, available online or by phone. This session is an opportunity for us to connect, explore your goals, and determine how we might work together. I look forward to the possibility of supporting you on your journey toward a more fulfilling and empowered life.
