Shauna Ringquist

Hello, my name is Shauna Ringquist (she/her). I am MPCC-provisional CPCA# 4799. I work with people who are having a hard time letting go of old patterns that no longer serve them. I recognize that these are deeply rooted patterns of servivial. Noticing how the body responds, parts work, and bringing in gentleness and kindness, a shift begins to happen. I have had my own struggle with patterns and shifting my behaviour, and it takes noticing that it is not working and being honest with myself and holding parts in gentleness as well as honesty. It's very hard, and knowing that the right therapist can hold you in the way you need to be held. Through my trauma-informed lens, we can create the space and the time to help you create the shifts that are desired.
