Professional Bio
Professional Background
I began my professional journey in medicine, where I witnessed firsthand how closely emotional and psychological wellbeing shape overall health. While medicine plays a vital role in care, I was drawn to a space where I could slow down, listen deeply, and support individuals through meaningful and lasting change. Counselling and life coaching became a natural next step, allowing me to work with the whole person, not just symptoms.
I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools for change.
Languages & Cultural Approach
I am fluent in English and Urdu and offer counselling in the language that feels most comfortable to you. I work with a culturally responsive lens, recognizing the impact of culture, identity, and family narratives, and strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and respected.
