Professional Bio
I am a client-centered therapist and use elements of client-centered/humanistic, short-term dynamic, and existential models of counselling. My approach is to help the client reach the underlying cause of their personal challenges, rather than only addressing symptoms at the surface.
Change is an integral part of our lives and the ability to effectively cope with change is a challenge many people face. I work with clients to achieve the positive changes they want to see. Most clients I see struggle with life stress, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-injury, suicidal thoughts, and men's issues.
