Professional Bio
Clients describe me as a steady, compassionate presence, someone who helps them find clarity amidst life’s noise without feeling judged or isolated. My approach is strengths-based, holistic, and deeply rooted in anti-oppression. I work with adults confronting guilt, shame, negative self-talk, and childhood trauma, with a dedicated focus on supporting BIPOC individuals and adult children of immigrant families as they navigate the weight of cultural and systemic challenges. In our sessions, we create a compassionate space where you can safely explore and release unspoken struggles, reclaiming your personal power and healing journey.
With a background in community non-profit work, I have supported marginalized adults facing complex issues, including refugee resettlement, neurodiversity, chronic health, and abuse recovery. As a fellow survivor of trauma and oppression, I bring genuine connection and shared humanity to our work, so we can redefine healing in ways that resonate deeply with you. Together, we can honour your process and discover strengths and tools within counselling to help you live a more fulfilling and empowering life.
