Whether you are wanting to make positive changes in your personal/professional life, to reduce stress, to ease emotional/physical pain, or to explore your spirituality, my wide-ranging services can help. I work with individuals, couples, groups and conduct workshops. Client sessions can take place in person in the beautiful Okanagan Valley or via Skype.
