Ofelia has over 15 years of experience offering support in the mental health field and is currently in private practice. She was involved with the Suicide Loss Survivor community in Edmonton for the 4 years. As a Registered Professional Counsellor-Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling level in Canada, Ofelia combines her professional training in Somatic Experiencing, Gestalt Psychotherapy with Compassion Focused Therapy... "to feel well we must befriend the community within ourselves with kindness and dignity". Ofelia is an approved Personal Session Provider for Somatic Experiencing Students at all levels
