Professional Bio
I am a trauma-informed, person-centred counsellor who supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic-based practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I work collaboratively with clients to increase emotional awareness, understand patterns, and build practical tools for regulation and meaningful change.
I have a strong focus on the mind-body connection and support clients in developing a deeper understanding of their nervous system responses. I help clients explore the different “parts” of themselves with curiosity and compassion, while gently addressing the underlying emotional experiences that contribute to distress.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and balance.
I have a particular interest in supporting women, parents, and individuals who have experienced trauma, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds.
