Counsellor Profile Accepting New Clients

Natalie Talson

MPCC

Professional Bio
Natalie is a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling (MPCC) with a Master's degree in Leadership. Her deep compassion and unwavering patience for clients comes from lived experience navigating her own mental health, women's health, and chronic pain struggles, a journey that brought her to profound healing through somatic tools, counselling, and self compassion. Natalie supports people in building the capacity to hold difficult feelings somatically and through their parts. Rather than bypassing or managing discomfort, she helps clients develop the inner resources to sit with what is uncomfortable, to turn toward old wounds (younger parts) with curiosity and compassion, and to gently process the experiences that have been carried for so long. As those parts feel heard and no longer alone, integration becomes possible, and with it a more grounded, spacious, and embodied sense of self. She believes that underneath grief and pain, there is beauty waiting to be found, and she is honoured to walk alongside clients as they access the strength and resilience already within them. Natalie has a playful spirit and a deep appreciation for how the arts heal and transform us, having performed in poetry competitions, stand-up comedy, and community theatre. She values empathy, connection, and play, and believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, to be truly seen, and to experience joy.
