Transform the defeating beliefs at the root of your struggle so you can live more from your authentic, core-self in order to experience freedom and be empowered to live the life you’ve always wanted. This experiential-based therapy goes beyond addressing symptoms. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered and inspired by Piliero's 'Fierce Love' approach in order to accelerate therapy. Other modalities I use include Bowen's Family Systems, Ego States Therapy (parts work), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Developmental Model of Couples Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology.
