Professional Bio
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain about how to move forward can be exhausting. Many people seek counselling when they notice patterns in their thoughts, emotions, relationships, sleep, or daily life that are becoming difficult to manage on their own.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, insomnia, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and the lasting effects of childhood emotional neglect. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping clients better understand what is contributing to their current challenges while building skills and strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
I draw from evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), mindfulness-based approaches, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Areas of focus include anxiety, social anxiety, insomnia, childhood emotional neglect, trauma, stress, and relationship concerns.
Together, we will explore what may be contributing to your current challenges, build on your existing strengths, and work toward a life that feels more aligned with your needs, values, and goals.
