Professional Bio
I hold an RPC designation and I am in private practice in Saskatoon and offer support in person, by video and phone. I provide counselling support from a foundation of trust, compassion, authenticity and understanding. I have experience working with trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, healthy communication skills, boundaries, self-worth, violence in relationships, violence in the community and chronic pain. I believe that the mind and body have to be considered together as a whole in a healing journey. I have cultural competence in working with Indigenous people and do much work with Adverse Childhood Experiences healing. It is my honour to have others stories shared with me. I was the previous CPCA Saskatchewan National Director from March 2023 - February 2024.
I am genuinely passionate about advocacy for change, specifically related to Intimate Partner Violence in family court, as well as support for chronic pain with Endometriosis. I also volunteer my time to a nonprofit organization that provides no cost mental health and addictions support. I am a firm believer in community support, giving back and that change is possible with the right support and environment.
