Hello, I'm Kate, an integrative counsellor working with people who experience anxiety, depression, work-related stress, relationship issues, conflict management, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, grief and loss. I offer a confidential and relaxed space for individuals to dig deep, discover insight, nurture self-compassion, and cultivate growth.
Beginning therapy is a big step towards improving your mental health and leading a more fulfilling life.
