I am a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate (RPC-C) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. With 10 years’ experience working in front line and crisis intervention settings, I come with extensive knowledge and training in the mental health and counselling field. We all face challenges throughout our lives. I offer guidance to individuals who are dealing with issues affecting their mental health and well being. I work from a wellness model to highlight and encourage clients strengths, equipping them with skills and resources to live a well-balanced life.
