If you are struggling with life's challenges, I can help you find clarity and develop strong coping skills that you can draw upon during difficult moments as well as increase self-esteem.
If you are looking for someone who is kind, empathetic and genuine, you will find those qualities in me.
My specialties are sexual abuse, sexual assault, anxiety, and self-esteem. I can help you with coping skills, setting boundaries and helping you see that you deserve a good, happy life. I will help you learn skills that can be drawn upon whenever those difficult life challenges come up.
I’m often told that I am warm, compassionate, and genuine. This makes others feel at ease as I offer a soft, gentle approach. I work in collaboration with my clients to create a relaxed, trusting rapport that is a vital for any therapeutic relationship.
My combination of knowledge and lived experience helps clients feel comfortable opening up with me.
