If you’re feeling burned out or anxious—like you’re juggling too much and never quite catching your breath—you’re not alone. I work with individuals who are overwhelmed by the pressure to hold everything together, but inside feel exhausted, on edge, or stuck in self-doubt.
In therapy, we’ll slow things down and create space to untangle what’s been weighing you down. I use a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that draws on EFT (tapping), mindfulness, Polyvagal theory, and parts work to help calm your nervous system and shift long-standing patterns that keep you in overdrive.
Whether your stress is showing up as anxiety, chronic tension, insomnia, or emotional burnout, you don’t have to keep pushing through alone. Together, we can help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a calmer, more grounded way of living.
