I work with individuals who are overwhelmed by the pressure to hold everything together, but inside feel exhausted, on edge, or stuck in self-doubt. In therapy, we’ll slow things down and create space to untangle what’s been weighing you down. I use a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that draws on EFT (tapping), mindfulness, Polyvagal theory, and parts work to help calm your nervous system and shift long-standing patterns that keep you in overdrive. Whether your stress is showing up as anxiety, chronic tension, insomnia, or emotional burnout, you don’t have to keep pushing through alone.
