Counsellor Profile
Jessica Stocki
MPCC-Provisional
Southwest Horizon School Division
Professional Bio
I integrate play-based techniques into my counselling practice, drawing from training with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. I also have specialized training in animal-assisted wellness and sand tray therapy. My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, ensuring that each client is met with empathy, respect, and individualized care.
With experience in both the child welfare system and within a school division, I have supported children, youth and their families in diverse settings. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a counselling diploma, and I am dedicated to fostering a safe, creative space where children and families can explore, process, and grow through developmentally appropriate, engaging methods.
