Professional Bio
I hold a BA (Psychology/ Criminology), MA (Social Psychology), and PhD (Social Psychology) from Simon Fraser University. I work primarily with adults and couples, and have experience working with gay, non-binary, and trans persons.​ I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Recognizing and Responding to Suicide Risk, Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI), and Circle of Security Facilitator Training.
