I believe that self-awareness creates an inner ripple effect that can lead to meaningful and lasting change. I am passionate about helping individuals and families reconnect with what helps them feel safe, develop a stronger sense of identity and belonging, and cultivate balance, confidence, hope, joy, and lasting wellbeing. I strive to create an empathetic and collaborative counselling environment where clients feel empowered to make the changes they seek and develop practical strategies that support lasting wellbeing. My life and work experiences as a woman, parent, grandparent, educator, academic and career advisor, and business owner have taught me invaluable lessons. Perhaps the most meaningful is that the positive change we hope to see in others—and in the world—begins with the changes we are willing to make within ourselves. I provide counselling and psychoeducation group sessions to youth, adults, seniors, and couples struggling with personal, relational, and or school/work environments. Sessions are available in person and via zoom. Free initial, 15-minute video or in person consultation available. Bilingual: English and Spanish.
