Professional Bio
François is a bilingual (French-English) counsellor with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals through life, career, and cultural transitions. Having lived and worked in eight countries and collaborated professionally in seventeen others, he brings both professional insight and lived experience to questions of adaptation, identity, and belonging. He works particularly with men in transition, people facing burnout, grief, separation, and newcomers adjusting to a new culture. His practice is grounded in Maïeusthésie, a French integrative approach that treats symptoms as meaningful signals rather than problems to be fixed. His background combines counselling, executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting.
