Welcome! I'm Eileen Krol, Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate #4674. I offer an integrated Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to individuals and couples in Whistler. EFT is an experiential therapy, it looks at how the emotional blueprint we learn in our earlier years may no longer be serving us in our present relationships. It's an empirically proven therapeutic approach that creates self-compassion for why things are as they are, and facilitates positive alternative experiences.
