Renewal Counselling
Professional Bio
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling, registered with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. I believe that all people have great potential in them – with the ability to renew their hearts, minds and souls. Providing a non-judgmental approach, I promise to provide a space for the ability to be vulnerable.
My background consists of Substance Misuse counselling as well as Grief and Loss. I have over 20 years of experience with individuals who have experienced abuse. I am also trained in Gottman, Level 1 and 2, and Trauma certified. I uphold a ‘client-centred’ approach, providing a solution-focused perspective. My philosophy is ‘everyone has a story – everyone deserves to be heard’. With great compassion, understanding, and no judgment, it would be my privilege to walk with you during your season of renewing your heart, mind and soul.
