Conscious Roots Counselling
Professional Bio
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed counselling for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the experience of feeling disconnected from themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. I draw from somatic and nervous-system-informed practices, mindfulness, strengths-based counselling, and practical tools that support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and authentic living.
I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, people moving through periods of significant change, and those who have spent a long time being “strong” for everyone else and are ready to reconnect with their own needs, values, and sense of self.
I aim to create an affirming, non-judgmental space where you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, build capacity for the present, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and genuinely yours.
I offer counselling through Conscious Roots Counselling & Wellness Centre in St. Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba, Virtual Sessions Available.
