Professional Bio
My objective is to help people collaboratively become whole again and finding their inner balance and peace. I provide a safe place for you to talk about relationship issues (family, divorce, break-ups), anxiety, depression, grief counselling, life transitions, as well as crisis counselling. After all, these things affect you and any relationship you have. No issue is too big or too small.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just need some objective support, I am here for you. We talk about what matters to you - where you've been, where you're at, and where you want to be in order to have a healthy relationship with yourself and all the people in your life. I am welcoming, compassionate, and understanding and have your best interests at heart.
My fields of expertise covers anxiety/depression, crisis counselling, relationship issues, family counselling, grief counselling, and life transitions.
My background as a new comer to Canada and having to go through all these issues have made me aware of what people experience and how their emotions are affected as well as their losses. My compassion, non-judgmental attitude, and life experiences makes an approachable and caring counsellor.
