Professional Bio
Bri is a Registered Professional Counsellor and Life Coach. She is passionately dedicated to helping her clients better their lives and in so doing, better those around them as well. Bri has an integrative approach utilizing Person-Centred Theory as the basis. She provides her clients honest, constructive and compassion based feedback that allows them to remove mental barriers and eliminate maladaptive behaviours in order to heal and achieve success.
Bri’s areas of focus are Trauma, PTSD, Grief, Relationships, Domestic Abuse, Anxiety and Depression, Group Therapy, LGBTQ+, Family Therapy. Counselling services are available in-person, online and via telephone 250-862-2673.
