I offer a unique approach that weaves together the emotional and cognitive work of counselling, with the healing and mindful elements of yoga and the action of coaching. I work with individuals, couples and groups.
I work with my clients to:

- relieve symptoms of depression
- learn to navigate life with ADHD
- build self-esteem and self-confidence
- cope with loss and evolve through grief
- improve communication and relationships
- make positive health changes
- adapt to major life transitions, like hybrid work, a move, retirement, job loss, divorce, etc.
Counselling helps us understand and regulate our emotions. We also learn how to reframe negative thoughts to more constructive ones. We take small steps to slowly change negative habits, becoming stronger, happier + healthier. With strengthened intuition, we infuse more meaning, purpose + sense of control into our lives.
