Welcome, Bonjour, Bienvenue. My name is Audrey. I am originally from Paris, France, and am fluent in French and English. I have lived in Vancouver, BC, for the last 13 years. My diverse experiences in work, volunteering, and personal life have led me to aid and support my community and peers during challenging times in their lives. It is essential for me to understand and meet the needs of my clients. I love to provide a therapeutic environment that is collaborative, creative, empowering, and open-minded. I strive to lead my practice with kindness, empathy, and a person-centred approach that encourages a healing journey within my clients. I strongly believe in the importance of mental health in our busy Western society. A holistic and integrative approach focusing on the mind, body, and soul is essential to overall well-being. I have experience with Individuals suffering from anxiety and depression, Individuals struggling with relationship and communication issues, Grief and Loss. Individuals, members of the LGBTQ2S+ community, and seniors.
