Still Listening Counselling

Professional Bio
I’m a clinical Counsellor with Native Counselling Services of Alberta, serving as the Mental Health Clinician for Buffalo Sage Wellness House. My work spans individual therapy, crisis intervention, mental-health triage, group facilitation, and supporting women navigating trauma, emotional regulation, identity development, and reintegration. In my private practice, I focus on trauma, relationship patterns, and meaningful life transitions, drawing from REBT, somatic regulation, narrative approaches, and creative improvisation. I also teach improvisation at Grindstone Theatre and run workshops based on Improv & Therapy, with programs that help people build connection, flexibility, and resilience through embodied play and spontaneous storytelling. This blend of clinical and creative practice shapes a grounded, relational approach that supports clients in moving from survival toward clarity, balance, and self-determination.
