Professional Bio
As an MPCC- Provisional specializing in counseling for youth, families, and individuals, I integrate mindfulness, body-centered approaches, and solution-focused therapy into my practice. Being a newcomer to Canada myself, I intimately understand the challenges of settling into a new place and navigating the immigration process. Drawing from my personal experiences, I offer empathetic support to newcomers and families of veterans, aiming to create a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth. My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration, empowering clients to navigate life transitions, overcome obstacles, and cultivate resilience on their journey to greater well-being.
