Concepts In Mental Health and Resilience

Professional Bio
I am a Clinical Counsellor (MPCC-Provisional) offering a warm, trauma-informed, and compassionate approach to therapy. My work is grounded in a person-centered and relational style, with a strong focus on how stress, trauma, and life experiences can shape behaviour, emotions, and coping patterns. I support clients in understanding themselves with greater curiosity and less shame, while building practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. I believe healing is supported through safety, connection, and compassionate self-awareness. I work collaboratively to create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-worth concerns at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
