Professional Bio
As a Registered Professional Counsellor – Candidate (RPC-C), I believe in creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma of Applied Psychology and Professional Counselling. My approach is client-centred and integrative, drawing from various modalities to meet each person where they are.
I currently volunteer as a Crisis Responder with Kids Help Phone and as a Palliative and Bereavement Support Volunteer with Mountain View Hospice Society. These experiences have deepened my passion for providing compassionate care across different stages of life.
Looking ahead, I am working toward becoming a Registered Psychologist and hope to integrate equine-assisted therapy into my future practice.
